Setting up a new property

We will assume that your system administrator has created a new property for you. When you log on and view the Paxsoft portion of your website you will be presented with the dashboard for your new property.

Alternatively, you may have used the self registration functionality to create a new property, in which case when you log on you'll now see you are able to administer your property through some new icons.

When a property is created a certain amount of information is created to get you started. This includes creating rooms, tariffs, and them linking to room types. By default, your property is not published. This will allow you to edit your property settings before going online properly. You will still be able to make bookings as a property manager, but the property will not be viewable to casual visitors to the site.

The first thing you need to consider is the type of property you will be setting up.
