How PaxSoft
Works...
Paxsoft travel portal reservation software is designed for
travel portal websites and inbound tour operators selling
accommodation over the Internet. The concept is that guests pay
you, the travel website operator. If you wish guests to pay hotels
/ accommodation-providers direct, please refer to our
reservation software product.
With Paxsoft
reservations software, guests can:
Visit your website and explore your property information pages.
Exploring the accommodation choices on your website, using Paxsoft's Search
Engine. Availability Form's or referring to your own
website pages.
Find their preferred accommodation and click 'Book Now' (or 'Check
Availiability', or similar) to link into the Paxsoft system.
Check if accommodation is available at their chosen property for
their required dates, and then select their preferred room type
and rate.
Enter their credit card details onto the secure server
Payment gateway (or directly onto your bank server).
Receive instant confirmation of their reservation, and an
auto-generated email from you (booking@paxsoft.net) thanking them
for booking.
Each time a guest confirms a reservation, you receive an
auto-generated email from the guest summarizing the booking
details. An email voucher can also be auto-generated to the
property which the guest has booked, confirming the reservation
from your room allocation.
